Wanted to comment for a post made by my boyfriend about the work and experience for this shop. The guys at turbo auto are very nice. They did have the car longer than we were told they would by the warranty company but we can't blame them for that. They did get the job done quickly once they received the parts to fix it. The issue my boyfriend has isn't with the auto shop, its with Drivetime. I just wanted to clear this up so the auto shop doesn't get a bad rep.

Emad and his team over at Turbo are top notch in getting your vehicle back in proper functionality. I had referenced him before about a prior vehicle I had but never returned due to getting rid of it. I had longed for good car care service for quite a while due to scamming auto repair businesses. Unlike anyone else I was nervous about who I chose for services. After familiarization from my first visit I felt they would be worth the try. Emad was very punctual about diagnosing the problem although he called it on my drop in visit. After manual and diagnostic test were ran it was determined that it was indeed the timing chain guard and assembly that were destroyed. The whole while I thought it may have been a lifter or rocker arm. These guys were time efficient on the work and job well done!! I am overall pleased and comforted to know that I can rely on them futuristically. Truck runs and sound better than before failure. Dont hesitate if you're having vehicle issues stop by Turbo Auto Repair for some good work.

My experience with Turbo Auto Repair was compelling. They were informative, professional, thorough, and patient. I wasn’t expecting such a high repair invoice, but I know for the parts and labor of the repairs they were the most cost efficient option compared to the dealership and other local repair shops. I had such a great experience at this shop. The mechanic was so patient with me and the customer before me. He took his time explaining everything in a way I could actually understand and never made me feel rushed or dismissed. I asked a lot of questions (and probably repeated myself a few times), but he was still kind, respectful, and took me seriously the whole time. What I appreciated most is that he showed me exactly what was wrong, explained the options, and didn’t try to upsell me. The price was literally half of what I was quoted at another shop, and the service was way better. They fixed my problem same day. I only waited around 2 hours. If you’re looking for a place that’s honest, patient, and actually cares about helping you, I definitely recommend coming here. I’ll be returning for all my future car work.

I found this auto repair shop through my in-network car loan Carvana and had great ratings so I decided to go with that. Emad helped my boyfriend & I out with our Chevy Camaro and was great. We also had some other interactions with workers who were also really nice and very willing to help us out and fix the vehicle for us. They communicate really well and fixed our car the next day after the part came in for the transmission. Highly recommend!

Very knowledgeable and excellent service! Dropped my car off around 8:30am and got a call that my car was ready for pick up around 11am! Speedy, efficient service! They also called me and made sure I was okay with adding services before just doing the work and gave me quotes along the way as well. Definitely will be back for any of my car services and highly recommend!

I cannot express enough gratitude for Turbo Auto repair. They are honest and reliable. I purchased a vehicle from Louisiana State Surplus and was coming from Greenville NC to pick it up and drive it 1,004 miles back to NC. Prior to making the trip I reached out to Emad at Turbo Auto Repair after seeing their great google review rating. I only had access to photos of the vehicle prior to picking it up. I shared these images with Emad and he said he would be waiting for me if I needed anything. As it turns out Louisiana State Surplus damaged the transmission condenser which also ties to the a/c while removing their equipment. The transmission started failing withing a few miles of the surplus yard. I immediately called Emad and he told me to head straight to him. I made it to the entrance and the car would go no more. Emad helped us push the car the rest of the way. We reviewed the damage Louisiana State Surplus had caused and Emad gave me an immediate honest answer. The condenser needed to be replaced, transmission fluid and coolant needed to be replaced and we would go from there. This was at 12p, Emad knew I was from out of town and made this a priority. He told me he would have the parts in and his team have the repair complete by end of day! End of day!! This was incredible to hear. Emad advised that he would drive the vehicle to his satisfaction before calling me as he didnt want me to drive the vehicle back to NC if he felt it wasn't safe. I received a call from Emad by 4:45p where he told me the repair was complete and the vehicle was good to go. You cant imagine how much stress that call removed from my shoulders. So after a 1,005 mile 15 hour 45 minute drive to NC only stopping for gas, I can say the repair worked perfectly. If you are looking for an honest and reliable repair of your vehicle you have found that in Turbo Auto Repair. I highly recommend their services. I cant thank you enough Emad.
